It's an ingenious design, backed by a very responsive company

I'm an especially hard (pardon the reverse pun) case. I have total, irreversible ED, with no ability to get an even partial erection. This resulted from surgery to remove an internal penile prosthesis that caused an infection.

It's an ingenious design, backed by a very responsive company. In my case, the Elator's external prostheses make my penis just barely firm enough for penetration but not firm enough for real, sustained thrusting. So, it has taken awhile for my wife and me to find workable positions for enjoyable sex with penetration. But, we have! We'd give the Elator three stars for even a guy like me!
