I am a ftm man. I did abdominal phalloplasty and I was looking for an external penile support device. I found the site by chance, I ordered the free measuring kit and I didn't think it would come to me (I lived in Italy). The kit arrived after about a month and then I proceeded to order the Elator witch they sent me in a smaller size than the one I ordered also explaining the reason. ( they always adjust the length because we are measuring to the tip and The Elator attaches behind the head). However, In my case that guideline could not be applied and they sent me a new shaft for free. The product is spectacular. In my case I use it with the condom in order to provide greater stability and lubrication. My wife is happy too, we tried it in various positions, just have the patience to wear it!
